At this time, you are able to select Telehealth appointment type. For telehealth appointmentsyour doctor will call you at the time of your booking and consult with you, and will determine in your telehealth consult if you will need to attend our practice. If this is not appropriate for you or you need an urgent appointment, please call us on 8360 9777.

As of the 20th of July 2020, if you have not been seen by a GP at one of our practices in the last 12 months, Medicare will no longer provide a rebate for GP Telehealth services. If you pass our screening, you will be required to attend our practices in person for your consult. Alternatively, you may choose to still have a Telehealth / Phone consult, but you will be required to pay for the consult in full, and you will not receive a rebate from Medicare.

As of the 1st of October 2020, Medicare has changed its requirements for Telehealth consults and its rebates to GPs. Bulk-billing for Telehealth consults is no longer a requirement. This will mean that there may be a fee for your Telehealth or Phone consult.

You will receive an email notification confirming your booked appointment. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, your appointment has not been booked.
