COVID Vaccine Booster Doses - 10/2/2022

From the 10th of February 2022, booster doses will be available for patients aged 16 years and older and who had their 2^nd  dose at least 3 months ago.

We are currently taking bookings for booster doses, so if you are eligible for your booster dose, please call us on 8230 6900 to book your Pfizer vaccine appointment.

All eligible patients will need to complete our Pfizer Vaccine consent form. Please visit our website to download one of our consent forms. If you have already booked with us for your booster dose but choose to get it elsewhere, please let us know so that we can cancel your vaccine appointment.
