Farewell Dr Robert Menz - 19/12/24 last day

As some of you may already know, Dr Robert Menz will be leaving East Adelaide Healthcare. Dr Menz's last consulting day is Thursday 19th December.

We would like to thank Robert for all of his hard work and dedication to East Adelaide Healthcare over the many years he has worked with us.

Phone Issues RESOLVED 4th July

Our phone issues have now been resolved. 

They were a result of a state-wide Telstra NBN outage.

Thank you for your patience and we apologise for any inconveniences this has caused.

New Fees as at 1st July 2024

Dear Patients,

We are writing to inform you of an upcoming change in our practice fees, effective from July 1st, 2024. This decision was not made lightly and reflects the increased operational costs we face in providing you with the highest quality medical care.

Farewell Dr Kirsty Kneebone

Dr. Kirsty Kneebone will be retiring from General Practice on May 30, 2024. As many of you already know, it's going to be a bittersweet moment for all of us at East Adelaide Healthcare. We're incredibly grateful for the dedication and hard work Kirsty has put in throughout her time with us.

FLU VAXES 2024 - BOOK NOW

We are now taking bookings for our 2024 flu vaccines.

Please give us a call on 8230 6900 (Marden) or 8360 9777 (Newton) to book your flu vaccine clinic appointment. 

Shingrix Supply Issues - 15/2/2024

We are currently experiencing Shingrix supply issues.

Of the small supply we are receiving we are allocating them to our high-risk patients and those requiring their second dose.

We are sorry that with our current reduced supply we cannot manage waiting lists or take bookings for only Shingrix vaccine appointments.

Christmas Opening Hours 2023

From Saturday the 23rd of December, 2023 until Monday the 1st of January, 2024, we will be consulting at our Marden Surgery only.  Our Newton Surgery will be closed during this period.  Normal trading hours will commence on Tuesday the 2nd of January, 2024 at both Newton and Marden.

Dr Erin Stanes - Maternity Leave

We would like to inform patients that Dr Erin Stanes is now on Maternity Leave. 

We wish Erin all the best for the upcoming birth of her baby.

EAHC Quiz Night 2023

EAHC recently held a quiz night to help raise funds for the Hospital Research Foundation Group.  The Hospital Research Foundation Group

MyMedicare

MyMedicare is a new voluntary patient registration model. It aims to formalise the relationship between patients, their general practice, general practitioner and primary care teams.

MyMedicare patients will have access to:
