EAHC Online Bookings Change
We are pleased to announce that we are now using HotDoc for our online bookings.
You will now be able to book appointments with us via our website or through the HotDoc App on your mobile device.
What you need to know:

You will need to register once with HotDoc so that you book your appointments online on our website or through the HotDoc App. Please enter your name as it appears on your Medicare card. For instructions, please click here.

Please ensure all of your details are up to date at our surgery.

If you need an urgent appointment, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

You can cancel your appointment online or through the HotDoc App. If you cancel your appointment with less than 3 hours notice, doctors have the right to charge a Non-Attendance Fee. Please advise us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.

If you are a new patient, you will be unable to book your first appointment with us online. Please call to book your first appointment, and once you have you will be able to book all future appointments online or via our App. You can fill out our New Patient Information Form by clicking here, and email it to us at telehealth@eahc.com.au or bring it along to your appointment.
