IT Separation

Dear valued patients,

We are writing to inform you of an important change in East Adelaide Healthcare’s IT systems. As part of the ongoing transition to separate medical practices, we have split our Marden and Newton IT systems and digital records effective as of 18/01/2025.

What does this mean for you?

• After the weekend, medical records from this point forward will be maintained separately between our two practices.
• Any treatments, procedures, or visits recorded after the split will not be accessible between our practice and Signal Health Newton (previously known as East Adelaide Healthcare Newton), and vice versa.
• If you require any records from the other practice, you will need to request them directly from them.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we navigate this transition.
