Our New Self Check-In Kiosks

We now have a Self Check-In kiosk where you can arrive yourself - so you don’t need to wait for our reception staff when you come for your appointment.

The best part is that it is very easy to use - come and give it a try for your next appiontment.

 

What you need to know:

  • This kiosk is an I-pad that is located in our waiting room (At Marden - near the furthest reception desk from the lift, at Newton - near the entrance to the waiting room).
  • You will need to enter your First Name, Last Name, DOB and Gender exactly as they are on our system.
  • If this doesn’t work please see a receptionist and we will look into it for you.
  • Please be aware that if you are a new patient or you are late for your appointment you will need to see reception.

 

Steps to check-in:

  1. Click Get Started.
  2. Enter your First Name and Last Name (exactly as they are on our system).  Click Next.
  3. Enter your DOB and select your Gender.  Click Next.
  4. Check through all of your other details and update any that have changed (including your Medicare Card, phone numbers, NOK and Emergency Contact).
  5. At the bottom, select Yes or No if any of your other details have changed (usually no).
  6. Click Submit and please take a seat.
